The dream of PolyNation Outdoor Furniture Store Tulsa started back in the summer of 2021. Through countless conversations and plans, we eventually took the actions needed to launch our business. I had always wanted to take a dream or an idea and turn it into reality. I wanted to be able to serve others and solve problems while still making a profit. However, this was all new to me. I had watched my parents start their own business and I wanted to follow in their footsteps. Even though I had seen all the difficulties and stresses involved in being a business owner, I still wanted to start my own company. So when the opportunity came to start PolyNation Outdoor Furniture Store Tulsa , I didn’t hesitate. I jumped right in and what a rush it’s been! While starting a new business, I’ve learned a few things. Days are not just filled with clocking in and clocking out. It’s not about the time, it’s about solutions, creativity, and production you put into that time. That has always fascinated me as I continue to expand Polynation Outdoor into new markets with a variety of new products.

It’s such a feeling of accomplishment when I talk to or hear from our customers about how our products and services have made such a difference for them. I hear time and time again how rare our customer service is and how we set the perfect example for how customers should be treated. I am so grateful to hear this feedback. Again, that is part of the rush for me. I have always taken great pride in offering outstanding customer service. I wanted to be remarkably different from typical businesses. I wanted to be recognized and noticed for the way we treat our customers. Providing friendly customer service is truly not that hard, but being intentional can be difficult to some. PolyNation Outdoor Furniture Store Tulsa  has given me a special opportunity to work alongside my mom and dad. They have created a very successful custom cabinetry company and have been in business for over 25 years. Growing up, this has truly been an inspiration to watch. I saw how they treated others, including their customers and their employees and how they took intentional steps to care for each of these facets of their business. Now, as an actual business owner, it is truly a blessing to be able to work with my parents each and every day. Our conversations are a little bit different now. Instead of talking about school, sports, relationships, and all the conversations that come with being a family, our conversations have shifted into business conversations. How cool is that! I know most people couldn’t even fathom the idea of working alongside their parents each and every day but we truly have such a great relationship. They have always treated me like an adult and have always shown me the utmost respect. They have also always been extremely encouraging and are willing to do whatever it takes for me to be able to achieve my goals and dreams. They are the most generous people I know and I am truly blessed to be able to call them my parents. I am looking forward to working with them for years to come!
